BEING THE GOOD GUY

Willow our cat enjoys our company especially as she is left in the house alone during the week (we have someone come in to feed her each day).

If I am home on my own I leave the bedroom door open so she can come in and sleep at the end of the bed during the night.

When the Old Girl is here she closes the door as, being a light sleeper she finds Willow's coming and going a distraction.

This morning when Willow demanded to be let in I stayed in bed being the good guy and the Old Girl got up and locked Willow in at the other end of the house.

  1. Your partner must have some extremely engaging, redeeming characteristics for you to allow poor Willow to suffer so. She sounds more the power and control doggie type - what a conflict in a relationship!

  2. Fuck off Anonymous! Good on you the Old Girl. Cats have fur so that they can live outside. If god (that ficticious character) had meant cats to be inside, he would have given them the ability to build their own bloody houses and get bloody jobs!

  3. Oh, and may I add(?), cats are worse than that bloody creepy crawly serpent who completely buggered things up for Adam!

  4. Well, to be honest, the Old Girl didn't actually lock Willow outside. She locked her off at the other end of the house where she has her own couch to sleep on.. She let her back into our bedroom when she made a cup of tea at a more reasonable hour - 7'sh.

  5. We sometimes do the same to Satan - we close the middle door and he can sleep in the other half of the house, but the evil little bugger won't do that and goes outside. It seems that it's all or nothing for Satan.
